SCHEDULING – Online booked appointments are required. Most procedures are booked week/s in advance. We require a credit card at the time your reservation is made to secure all appointments.

ARRIVAL – Upon arrival, please, fill out the consent form (located on the desk to the right from the entrance door) at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for you to fill out or update paperwork, designed with your well being in mind. We require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms. All current clients must update the Guest Form each time before treatment. A late arrival may result in a shortened service. We will do our very best to accommodate you. In this instance, you would remain responsible for all reserved services.

LATE ARRIVALS – Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment
time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you.Please appreciate that I cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to late arrival. After 15+ minutes late for your facial,  you appointment is considered a “No show”,  will be cancelled, rescheduled with applicable charges of $35 service fee to your account. For all other scheduled treatments, if you are 5+ minutes late you will be considered a “no-show” and charged $35 service fee. Appointments could only be schedules once the account balance is paid in full.

CANCELLATIONS – Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a $35 charge. All services re-scheduled or cancelled on same day of appointment or missed without notice will be charged $35. Appointments could only be schedules once the account balance is paid in full.

PAYMENT – Touch Lounge Arlington accepts Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard. Payment by check is not accepted. Prices are subject to change. Treatment times are approximate. Gratuities are not included in the service price.

REFUND POLICY – SERVICES – At Touch Lounge Arlington all treatments are carried out by a licensed esthetician. If you are having a questions or concerns while treatment, please address it right away so we may do some adjustments if possible or stop treatment. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please contact Touch Lounge Arlington immediately. We cannot give refunds on any treatments but will look into your concerns immediately.

SERIES OF TREATMENTS RETURN POLICY – Unfortunately we are unable to issue returns or reimburse any payment transactions on any series of treatments that were purchased. We will exchange them for you for other spa series of equal value or credit of equal value.

CHILDREN – Due to the potentially hazardous chemical, boiling heat and expensive equipment in the studio, please make other arrangements for your children on appointment days. Touch Lounge Arlington reserves the right to cancel your appointment and charge you for the booking. This is a clinical setting not a daycare and we have no staff to supervise children. Touch Lounge Arlington will not be held accountable for injury or accidents to, or caused by, unsupervised children. Clients between 15 and 18 years old must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first skin care service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.

STANDARD POLICY – A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments.

GRATUITIES -Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are not included in the price of the services, packages, or gift certificates but often range from 15% to 20% in the Spa Industry. If you buy a Package of Services (Facials, Microdermabrasion, or Peels) a tip is appreciated after each Service Session for the time serviced.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & ONLINE VOUCHERS – Gift Certificates and Online Vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. All gift certificates and online vouchers must be mentioned prior to making your appointment. Additionally, gift certificates and online vouchers must be presented at your appointment. Multiple gift certificates and online vouchers may not be combined towards a single service or product purchase. Gift Certificates and Online Vouchers can only be used on full priced services. Dollar amount gift certificates and online vouchers do not include taxes and gratuity.

VALUABLES – You may be asked to remove jewelry for some treatments. However, Touch Lounge Arlington does not assume liability for lost or damaged personal items, and encourage you to leave valuables at home.

PARKING –  Please arrive 10-15 minutes to allow time to find parking. Limited metered street parking is available in front of the location.

HEALTH CONDITIONS – Please advise Touch Lounge Arlington of any special health conditions on scheduling your appointment as this may effect your selected treatment(s). Should you experience high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, cancer, allergies, skin rash, or any health conditions, I advise you to consult your doctor before your treatment and present me with a doctor’s note of approval. I have the right to refuse service due to contraindicated health conditions.

ILLNESS, COLD SORES, SUNBURNS, ETC. – Touch Lounge Arlington recognizes that both esthetician and clients are vulnerable to infections and therefore ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell.  If you have any of the following contagious illnesses your treatments will be rescheduled:Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chicken Pox, Shingles, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Cold Sores, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease, Scabies, Sore Throat, Thrush, Whooping cough and the common cold.

CELL PHONES – Please turn your cell phones off or set on silent during your time at the studio in consideration of others. This is your time to relax. Taking pictures/selfies and video is prohibited at the studio.

MEMBERSHIPS – We now offer memberships on our Signature Facials. You will be entitled to come in once a month for your selected service at the monthly membership price. You can also select more than one membership service type.

  • The esthetician or Touch Lounge Arlington may reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, illness listed as contraindications for services or as deemed necessary. The client also has the right to stop the treatments at any time. The medical and Touch Lounge Arlington assumes no responsibility for any disclosed or undisclosed illness or personal injury.
  • Touch Lounge Arlington has the right to cancel or reschedule a treatment without notice. I have the right to change your service without notice. ​
  • By CALLING or scheduling your appointment ONLINE , you are indicating that you understand and accept these terms and conditions stated in Touch Lounge Arlington Policies.
